When it comes to Mexican Dishes, the possibilities are nearly endless. Because of the blend of spice in the meats, mealtime with Mexican dishes is fantastic. Tacos can be made with any kind of meat and if you don't like the heat from the spices, you can always make it milder. The good thing about preparing these dishes is that they are easy to make and don't require a lot of ingredients.
My father is from Mexico, so needless to say, we ate plenty of Mexican dishes growing up. One of my all time favorites is tamales. The reason why is it is delicious either covered in salsa or chili. We also ate a lot of salsa in our house. The whole family would line up along the counter and each of us had a job to do to contribute to the salsa. My father likes his extremely spicy, yet I enjoy mine on the mild side.
As always, please feel free to browse the recipes below and make your next meal a Mexican one. Share your thoughts in the comments below!
